Stainless steel hot water Rectangular 50 mm glass wool Insulated Tank with straight line conveyor in which vegetables cubes is submerged for softening.
Straight line SS submersible conveyor with variable frequency drive for changing of retention (blanching) time.
Water Sealed Top Covers.
Perforated false bottom throughout length.
Adjustable water level & overflow arrangement.
Hot water circulations pump with piping and small tank with filtration arrangement.
Retention time approx. 2 min. to 4 min.
Auto Temperature sensor with controls & AC Frequency drive. ( CG, Siemens, Delta, make )
Stainless steel control panel complete with Variable speed frequency dive, necessary electrical fittings etc.
Steam Requirement : 450 to 500 Kg. / Hr. @ 2.5 Kg./ Cm2.
Closed stainless steel coil for heating media (pressurized hot water / steam).
Discharge Flight Elevator : Integral part of continuous type blancher for discharging blanched vegetables out of Blancher tank and feeding same to Elevator Hopper.
