• Square pipe Structure for Horizontally self-standing
• Teflon Scrapers for proper stirring and preventing product from charring.
• Inlet / Outlet connections will be three part union
• Dial type temperature gauge mounted at discharge end spout.
• Steam Piping fitted with BSP valve, Pressure Safety valve, Pressure Gauge, Air Vent, Condensate outlet connection complete with Bucket type Steam trap, Bypass Valve, Y strainer. For cooling necessary interconnecting piping.
• Insulation which will be cladded with thin SS sheet.
• Mechanical seal arrangement at feed end.
• All flange gasket / Packing’s / Bushes etc. Food grade Teflon of suitable thickness.
