• Function:For Conveying, inspection & Scooping the edible portion of custard apple manually and collecting waste at discharge end.

Consist of:

• Top Conveyor : Complete with side guides.
• Food Grade belt with center trading to avoid shifting of belt during continuous running for carrying whole fruit.
• Middle Belt : Food grade belt on both side of top conveyor. For feeding scooped material to pulpers.
• Side tables with waste disposal gravity chutes on both sides conveyor.
• The wastage will be transferred to bottom conveyor trough gravity chutes.
• Operators has to pick up whole custard apple from top conveyor for scooping and dropping it on middle conveyor, which is then feed to pulp extractor similarly waste disposed through waste disposal chute.
• Each side of middle conveyor will feed Individual machine (pulper).
• Bottom Conveyor : Transferring waste material (custard apple skin)
• Chain guard, motor shroud, feed hopper, discharge chute etc.
