Construction:

• The total length of exhausting chamber will be High.
• Stainless steel top cover & drip tray at bottom with common drain.
• Complete with steam fittings, Temperature gauge etc.
• Water Sealed top covers.
• Stainless steel chain with folded stainless steel slat.
• Fixed speed chain Drive.( Interchangeable by suitable chain wheel)
• Speed to be confirmed by you in P.O.
• Arrangement of perforated pipes for proper distribution of steam.
• Skid plate at ends of conveyor.
• Food grade curtain at entry & exit to avoid leakage of steam.
