Construction:

• S.S.304 Square pipe Structure for Horizontally self standing.
• Ptfe Scrapers for proper stirring and preventing product from charring
• Inlet / Outlet connections will be 2" three part union
• Dial type temperature gauge mounted at discharge end spout.
• Steam Piping fitted with BSP valve, Pressure Safety valve, Pressure Gauge, Air Vent, Condensate outlet connection complete with Bucket type Steam trap, Bypass Valve, Y strainer. For cooling necessary interconnecting piping.
• Jacket of main shell will be SS304 and coved by thick Glass wool
• Insulation which will be cladded with thin SS304 sheet.
• Mechanical seal arrangement at feed end.
• Buffing / Finish: External Finish: Matt Finish- Internal Finish: Mirror Finish
• All flange gasket / Packing’s / Bushes etc Food grade Ptfe of suitable thickness.
