Rotary Can Filler
Construction:
- The machine consists of merry go round pattern turret conveyor.
- The centre shaft is mounted at one end, will be fitted with the filling head is provided with height adjustment as per container size.
- The containers are fed at from the other end by turntable of empty can washer.
- Once the empty containers reach under the filling head, the filling starts to the desired set quantity.
- Pump delivers the desired set quantity into the container through the multiple nozzles fitted on filling head.
- Once the containers are filled it moves further by discharge turret for further operation.
- Conveyor & Pump motor with speed regulator for matching the speed between conveyor and pump for accuracy.
- Machine will be complete with Break pressure tank, pump, control panel and one set of spare parts.
