
Conveyor Type Blancher
Comprised of:
- Stainless steel hot water Rectangular 50 mm glass wool Insulated Tank with straight line conveyor in which vegetables cubes is submerged for softening.
- Straight line SS submersible conveyor with variable frequency drive for changing of retention (blanching) time.
- Water Sealed Top Covers.
- Perforated false bottom throughout length.
- Adjustable water level & overflow arrangement.
- Hot water circulations pump with piping and small tank with filtration arrangement.
- Retention time approx. 2 min. to 4 min.
- Auto Temperature sensor with controls & AC Frequency drive. ( CG, Siemens, Delta, make )
- Stainless steel control panel complete with Variable speed frequency dive, necessary electrical fittings etc.
- Steam Requirement : 450 to 500 Kg. / Hr. @ 2.5 Kg./ Cm2.
- Closed stainless steel coil for heating media (pressurized hot water / steam).
- Discharge Flight Elevator : Integral part of continuous type blancher for discharging blanched vegetables out of Blancher tank and feeding same to Elevator Hopper.
- Fixed speed chain drive for elevator.
- Motor: Hindustan Make, Gearbox: Bonfiglioli / Motovario /equivalent make.
