Conveyor Type Blancher

  • Function:To soften vegetable cubes or other similar products by heating up to 90°C.

Comprised of:

  • Stainless steel hot water Rectangular 50 mm glass wool Insulated Tank with straight line conveyor in which vegetables cubes is submerged for softening.
  • Straight line SS submersible conveyor with variable frequency drive for changing of retention (blanching) time.
  • Water Sealed Top Covers.
  • Perforated false bottom throughout length.
  • Adjustable water level & overflow arrangement.
  • Hot water circulations pump with piping and small tank with filtration arrangement.
  • Retention time approx. 2 min. to 4 min.
  • Auto Temperature sensor with controls & AC Frequency drive. ( CG, Siemens, Delta, make )
  • Stainless steel control panel complete with Variable speed frequency dive, necessary electrical fittings etc.
  • Steam Requirement : 450 to 500 Kg. / Hr. @ 2.5 Kg./ Cm2.
  • Closed stainless steel coil for heating media (pressurized hot water / steam).
  • Discharge Flight Elevator : Integral part of continuous type blancher for discharging blanched vegetables out of Blancher tank and feeding same to Elevator Hopper.
  • Fixed speed chain drive for elevator.
  • Motor: Hindustan Make, Gearbox: Bonfiglioli / Motovario /equivalent make.
