• S.S.304 Square pipe Structure for Horizontally self-standing
• Stainless steel hot water Rectangular 50 mm glass wool Insulated Tank with straight line conveyor in which vegetables cubes is submerged for cooling.
• Straight line SS submersible conveyor with variable frequency drive for changing of retention (chilling) time.
• Water Sealed Top Covers.
• Perforated false bottom throughout length.
• Adjustable water level & overflow arrangement.
• Chilled water circulations pump with piping and small tank with filtration arrangement.
• Retention time approx. 2 min. to 4 min.
• AC Frequency drive.(CG, Siemens, Delta, make)
• Stainless steel control panel complete with Variable speed frequency dive, necessary electrical fittings etc.
• Discharge Flight Elevator : Integral part of continuous type Chiller for discharging chilled vegetables out of chiller tank and feeding same to Elevator Hopper.
• Fixed speed chain drive for elevator.
• Motor : Hindustan Make, Gearbox : Bonfiglioli / Motorvario.
