Construction:

• It consists of 4 stages: Soaking, washing with agitation, Fresh water spraying, and water draining.
• Stainless steel rectangular shaped tank with legs, cross supports, perforated false bottom etc.
• The water in the tank is agitated with the help of perforated air pipes installed at the bottom of the tank.
• The bubbles are generated with the help of High speed air blower, which is an integral part of washer.
• Continuous imported Polypropylene stackable Slat Conveyers with Flights.
• The Fruit washer tank will be provided with bottom drain connection, Water level adjusting arrangement with overflow Connection, Recirculation pump and fresh water spraying arrangement.
• Water filtration and recirculation arrangement tank connected to overflow arrangement. It consists of 50 Ltrs. Tank with basket type coarse and fine filter.
• Complete with Feed Hopper, Discharge chute, Motor shroud, Chain guard etc.
