Description:

The raw inspected tomatoes are crushed in the mill and get collected in the bottom tank. The crush is then circulated through the heat exchanger for preheating up to required temperature. After achieving the required temperature, the product is discharged to the Pulper for juice extraction. This process is required for Deactivating the enzymes, which are likely to be generated, Getting good colour, maximum recovery and Better quality of the product.
