Description:

Vacuum pan system stem heated with slow speed scraper blades complete with vacuum pump, vapor condenser Product feed cum emptying pump and interconnecting pipe and fittings. All contact parts made of stainless steel (AISI 304). Capacity 400 Kg feed per hour. The product is fed into vacuum pan and is concentrated with water evaporation under vacuum in batch system and takes about 2 hours per batch.
